Quality Assurance & Compliance

Senior Quality Inspector

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to VP Quality Compliance & Safety
  • Managing the approved Quality Management System of UAE based EASA Part 145, AMO & UAE AOC CAR Ops 1 & 3 Flight Operations Departments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold EASA Part 66 Engineers License with Helicopter & / or Fixed Wing Type Ratings with 10 years experience.
  • Hold Accredited Lead Auditors certificates specializing in aviation & maintenance.
  • Undergone specialist QA Training (Air Law, Airworthiness, EASA Part 145 & Part M (sub part G)
  • Has experience of Continual Airworthiness Management.
  • Experience of EASA / FAA regulations.
  • Has held similar position for at least 5 years.
  • Good reporting & communication skills

Flight operation

Line Pilots (Minimum position requirements by aircraft type):

EC130 B4 and B206L

  • Commercial Pilots License - Helicopter (CPL (H)) and Instrument Rating; Airline Transport Pilots License - Helicopter(ATPL (H)) preferred.
  • 2,000 hours of total flight time; 1000 hours helicopter flight time.
  • 100 hours in EC 130/B206 (preferred) or similar type.

Bell 412EP

  • Command Pilot:
    • Airline Transport Pilots License - Helicopter (ATPL (H))
    • 3000 hours of total flight time; 2000 hours helicopter flight time
    • 1500 hours Command Pilot time (any type)
    • 200 hours in 412EP or HP type aircraft
    • 1000 hours multi-engine helicopter time (any type)
    • 200 hours night time (preferred)
    • 200 hours instrument time (preferred)
    • 500 hours toatal off-shore time
    • 200 hours in off-shore oil and gas production work
    • Experience in underslung load/winch movement operations (preferred)
    • Experience in Multi-Crew Environments
  • Co-Pilot:
    • Commercial Pilots License - Helicopter (CPL (H)) and Instrument Rating; Aireline Transport Pilot License - Helicopter (ATPL (H)) preferred
    • Rated in 412EP or HP type aircraft
    • 2000 hours of tatal flight time; 1000 hours helicopter flight time
    • Multi-engine helicopter experience (any type)
    • Night flight experience
    • 100 hours instrument time (preferred)
    • Off-shore experience; oil and gas production work (preferred)
    • Experience in underslung load/winch movement operations (preferred)
    • Experience in Multi-Crew Environments

Fixed Wing Engineers

          Embraer Legacy 600 (Avionics & Mechanical) JAR 66 License or ICAO Type II License
          Gulfstream G450 (Avionics & Mechanical) JAR 66 License or ICAO Type II License

 Rotary Wing Engineers

    • Experianced Avionic Licensed Rotarywing Engineers –must hold Type rated licence (GCAA multi X, EASA Part 66 B2  or ICAO Type II) on one of the following helicopter types
      • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130
    • Experianced Airframe & Engine Licensed Rotarywing Engineers –must hold Type rated licence (GCAA A&C, EASA Part 66 B1.3  or ICAO Type II) on one of the following helicopter types
      • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130
    • Unlicensed Aircraft Engineers - (Mechanical and Avionic)  With recent experience on the following helicopter types
      • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130

Purchasing Officer

Skills Requirements:

  • Airline CRS (Armadeus / Galileoetc..)
  • Bi Lingual - Oral and written (Arabic / English)
  • MS Office
  • UAE Driving License

Job Requirements:

  • Arranging staff Air Tickets & accommodation by liaising with various travel agencies
  • Identification and Purchase of a range of materials ensuring timely delivery and quality of product.
  • Liaison with product and service suppliers
  • Source and secure additional products and services as required.
  • provision of support to accounts department and Public Relations Office.

Assistant HR Manager

Skills Requirements:

  • A minimum two years experience as Human Resources Manager or as Assistant HR Manager.
  • Prior experience in HR Aviation is a preferable
  • Formal qualification in Human Resources Management is preferable
  • Experience with alignment of Compensations and benefits and Payroll is a must
  • Must be experienced in managing employee housing
  • Excellent written & spoken English Language, Arabic proficiency will be a strong asset
  • Must have a proven track record of leading medium to large teams
  • Must have experience in handling payroll software

Key Job Responsibilities:

In this role you will be assisting the Director of HR to run the various HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, overlooking employee housing, and welfare.
