Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to VP Quality Compliance & Safety
• Managing the approved Quality Management System of UAE based EASA Part 145, AMO & UAE AOC CAR Ops 1 & 3 Flight Operations Departments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold EASA Part 66 Engineers License with Helicopter & / or Fixed Wing Type Ratings with 10 years experience.
• Hold Accredited Lead Auditors certificates specializing in aviation & maintenance.
• Undergone specialist QA Training (Air Law, Airworthiness, EASA Part 145 & Part M (sub part G)
• Has experience of Continual Airworthiness Management.
• Experience of EASA / FAA regulations.
• Has held similar position for at least 5 years.
• Good reporting & communication skills

Flight Safety Manager

We are currently seeking to hire a proactive and incisive Flight Safety Manager to manage all flight safety aspects of the company’s safety management system.
Reporting to the VP Safety, this is a non-flying appointment and the ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a pilot in both rotary and fixed wing commercial operations.
• Extensive experience of flight safety management including the investigation of incidents and the conduct of safety audits and inspections.  Preference will be given to candidates with formal safety management qualifications.
• Experience in the establishment and maintenance of a flight data monitoring programme including the interpretation of data analysed by FDM software.
• A high degree of computer literacy
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

CHIEF PILOT ROTARY WING

We are currently looking to hire a Chief Pilot for the Rotary Wing. The position will be reporting directly to the VP of Flight Operations and will be based in Abu Dhabi UAE.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and the ability to perform effectively the functions associated with the job and with the scale of the operation.

• Must have Comprehensive knowledge of CAR- OPS, EU, and any associated requirements and procedures
• Must hold an appropriate Flight Crew License, Type rating, and Medical.
• CURRENT ATPL (UAE GCAA, EASA, OR EQUIVILANT)
• CURRENT FIRST CLASS MEDICAL
• ENGLISH  LEVEL 6
• The Ideal Candidate should be rated on one or more of the following Types:
• BELL 412 EP
• AS365N3
• EC130 B4
• BH 206L
• EC135 P2
• A109S
• S 76
• Preference will be given to Bell 412 EP rating.
• Must have the minimum flight experience:
• 5000 Hours PIC ( Medium Twin)
• 3000 Hours PIC Offshore Experience

Line Pilots (Minimum position requirements by aircraft type):

EC130 B4 and B206L

• Commercial Pilots License - Helicopter (CPL (H)) and Instrument Rating; Airline Transport Pilots License - Helicopter(ATPL (H)) preferred.
• 2,000 hours of total flight time; 1000 hours helicopter flight time.
• 100 hours in EC 130/B206 (preferred) or similar type.

Bell 412EP

• Command Pilot:
  • Airline Transport Pilots License - Helicopter (ATPL (H))
  • 3000 hours of total flight time; 2000 hours helicopter flight time
  • 1500 hours Command Pilot time (any type)
  • 200 hours in 412EP or HP type aircraft
  • 1000 hours multi-engine helicopter time (any type)
  • 200 hours night time (preferred)
  • 200 hours instrument time (preferred)
  • 500 hours toatal off-shore time
  • 200 hours in off-shore oil and gas production work
  • Experience in underslung load/winch movement operations (preferred)
  • Experience in Multi-Crew Environments
• Co-Pilot:
  • Commercial Pilots License - Helicopter (CPL (H)) and Instrument Rating; Aireline Transport Pilot License - Helicopter (ATPL (H)) preferred
  • Rated in 412EP or HP type aircraft
  • 2000 hours of tatal flight time; 1000 hours helicopter flight time
  • Multi-engine helicopter experience (any type)
  • Night flight experience
  • 100 hours instrument time (preferred)
  • Off-shore experience; oil and gas production work (preferred)
  • Experience in underslung load/winch movement operations (preferred)
  • Experience in Multi-Crew Environments

Fixed Wing Engineers

          Embraer Legacy 600 (Avionics & Mechanical) JAR 66 License or ICAO Type II License
          Gulfstream G450 (Avionics & Mechanical) JAR 66 License or ICAO Type II License

 Rotary Wing Engineers

• Experianced Avionic Licensed Rotarywing Engineers –must hold Type rated licence (GCAA multi X, EASA Part 66 B2  or ICAO Type II) on one of the following helicopter types
  • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130
• Experianced Airframe & Engine Licensed Rotarywing Engineers –must hold Type rated licence (GCAA A&C, EASA Part 66 B1.3  or ICAO Type II) on one of the following helicopter types
  • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130
• Unlicensed Aircraft Engineers - (Mechanical and Avionic)  With recent experience on the following helicopter types
  • Bell 412, Agusta A 109, EC 135, EC 130

Senior Document & Manuals Controller

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control Company Approved manuals as per company’s procedures
• Liaison with Department Heads in regard to revision & amendment requirements
• Revision & amendment of Company manuals forms & documents
• Allocate Company forms & document control numbers
• Control manual distribution
• Register the receipt of documents from both internal and external sources
• Transmit documents to internal parties for review and information
• Transmit document to external parties for review and information
• Transmit the comments on documents back to originators
• Transmit response on comments from Originator to Reviewers for closing out
• Production and issue of approved manuals & forms document status reports
• Production of Hard & CD Copies of essential manuals

Qualifications and Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Appropriate Manuals & document control experience working within Commercial Aviation Operation & Maintenance Organizations.
• Experience of EASA / EU OPS & Part 145 manual requirements.
• Experience in production of : MEL/AMS/ QMS/OHSMS/ OPS MANUALS EU OPS 1 & 3
• Must be able to use own initiative and innovation
• Computer literate & formatting skills required for manual production

Purchasing Officer

Skills Requirements:

Assistant HR Manager

Skills Requirements:

• A minimum two years experience as Human Resources Manager or as Assistant HR Manager.
• Prior experience in HR Aviation is a preferable
• Formal qualification in Human Resources Management is preferable
• Experience with alignment of Compensations and benefits and Payroll is a must
• Must be experienced in managing employee housing
• Excellent written & spoken English Language, Arabic proficiency will be a strong asset
• Must have a proven track record of leading medium to large teams
• Must have experience in handling payroll software
