We are currently seeking to hire a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with AW169 Type rating who will report directly to the Maintenance Manager (RW). This role is a Touring Contract (8 weeks on & 4 weeks off) operating from any location in the Gulf Region. This position will attract a competitive salary plus single status company shared accommodation, transportation to/from work location, self-medical cover, 4 self-return Touring Tickets to/from the Point of Hire.

Required candidate profile:

Essential Criteria
• B1.3 EASA / ICAO type II license without any limitations
• AW169 Type rating endorsed on the license
• 5 years of maintenance experience as Certifying Licensed Engineer on medium size category helicopter
• 6 months plus experience on AW169 type
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)

Desirable Criteria

• AW189 / B412 / A109 / EC130 Type Ratings
• GCAA License holder with any of the above types endorsed on the license
• Previous or current Middle East experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Pilot to join the Flight Operations team to manage the rapidly growing Offshore RW operations.  The role will report directly to the Director of Flight Operations and the right candidate will have excellent knowledge of GCAA / EASA regulatory requirements and Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Emergency and Evacuation Practices and Procedures as well as having experience in scheduling and rostering, auditing, budgeting, risk analysis and skill gap analysis. The role will maintain a high standard of operational excellence, with a focus on continuous process of improvement.

This is a full time position based in Abu Dhabi and will attract a competitive package.

The right candidate will have:

Essential Criteria

  • 15 years’ experience in aviation flying including 10 years as flight deck crew including offshore experience
  • 2 years’ experience as a LTC / TRI / TRE
  • Valid EASA / FAA / ICAO or GCAA ATPL License
  • Valid Type rating on at least one of Falcon’s offshore RW types (Bell 412, AW189, AW169)
  • Instrument Rating
  • 5000+ hours total time on RW
  • 2500+ hours PIC
  • 1000+ Multi Engine Turbine Time
  • 1000+ hours offshore flying
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO English language Proficiency Level 5
  • Good knowledge in SMS

Desirable Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in related subject for example Aviation Management, Engineering / Aerospace, Physics, Mathematics, Meteorology)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in safety, quality assurance and risk management systems
  • Preferred Underslung Qualification (Rotary-Wing)

We are currently seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team and will report directly to the Director of Quality Assurance. This is a permanent position based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai but will involve occasional travel between the two.
The right candidate will have:

Essential Criteria

•Minimum 3 years in a CAR M/CAR 145 aircraft CAMO or maintenance Quality Engineer position.
•Formal auditor training to applicable Continuing Airworthiness or Maintenance standards.
•Root Cause Analysis training.
•Strong knowledge of EASA or GCAA Regulations.
•Excellent knowledge of Aircraft Documentation .
•Valid National Engineers License or Graduate in Aeronautical/Aerospace discipline.
•Excellent English Language written and oral skills.
•Knowledge of Aviation Safety Management Systems.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

•Knowledge of Q-Pulse
•Management of Change process
•Fuel Tank Safety (Phase 1 and 2), EWIS trained
•UAE Air Legislation course
•Knowledge of Project Management and use of MS Project
•Maintenance error investigation experience
•Knowledge of FAA or GACAR
•Type training or general familiarization on any Falcon fleet aircraft
