Falcon Aviation Services signed an order for 50 eVTOL aircraft from AutoFlight on October 27,2025 with the first batch scheduled for delivery by the end of 2025 to be used for giving services to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
The order includes 15 V2000CG CarryAll cargo aircraft and 35 V2000EM Prosperity passenger aircraft, designed to meet the region’s growing demand for low-altitude cargo transport and premium air mobility services.
Falcon Aviation Services, an Emirati company and one of the leading business aviation operators in the Middle East and Africa, offers comprehensive aviation solutions, including VIP and charter operations, Heli-tours, oil and gas support, aircraft management, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) services, and heliport management. Its Heli-tour sightseeing operations alone welcome around 70,000 passengers annually across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, highlighting its leadership in regional business and leisure aviation.
As a strategic partner of the UAE government in advancing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), Falcon Aviation Services plays a key role in developing future aviation projects, such as the Abu Dhabi Hybrid Vertical Landing vertiport network, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the UAE’s vision for a sustainable and future-ready aviation ecosystem.
The company also operates a dedicated helicopter fleet supporting oil and gas transport missions in the UAE and Kuwait and serves as the primary aviation services provider for ADNOC’s offshore operations and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC).
Representatives from ADNOC attended the signing ceremony, where they gained further insight into the performance capabilities and operational applications of AutoFlight’s eVTOL systems. As one of the world’s largest oil and gas producers, ADNOC is wholly owned by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and was ranked 128th in the 2024 Global Brand Value 500 report.
The collaboration between Falcon Aviation Services and AutoFlight opens significant market opportunities for AutoFlight within the Middle East’s energy sector. The V2000CG CarryAll cargo aircraft will be the first to be delivered, supporting missions such as transporting emergency supplies, providing timely resupply, and delivering equipment parts and tools between oil extraction sites and logistics centers.
As the world’s first ton-class or larger eVTOL to obtain all three major airworthiness certificates, AutoFlight has previously partnered with CNOOC and CITIC Offshore Helicopter to complete the world’s first offshore oil platform flight using V2000CG CarryAll - a ton-class+ eVTOL.
The V2000EM Prosperity passenger aircraft is currently undergoing verification tests and leads the industry in comfort, safety, and range. Once it receives airworthiness certification, the aircraft will support commuting and inter-base business travel for oil platform personnel, enhancing both operational efficiency and safety.
Falcon Aviation Services CEO Captain Raman Oberoi said: “Falcon Aviation Services is always at the forefront of innovation and committed to supporting the UAE’s Advanced Air Mobility initiatives. We are dedicated to providing more efficient and sustainable travel and cargo solutions. Our strategic partnership with AutoFlight, backed by their substantial technological expertise and tangible advancements in eVTOL airworthiness, represents a significant milestone. The established delivery timeline will be instrumental in accelerating the adoption of low-altitude air mobility, fostering a revolution in regional transportation, and reinforcing Falcon’s leadership in pioneering the future of aviation, including within the energy industry."
